Danh Pham

Danh Pham is a creative leader and advocate for design as a transformative force for sustainable growth with 10 years of experience. With a multidisciplinary approach that spans across business, technology and design, he seeks to bring about impactful change through radical collaboration. He was a distinction graduate from the Multimedia Design program and a full scholarship recipient at RMIT University Vietnam.
His career has seen him represent Vietnam at the prestigious Google Creative Leadership Academy and helm various design-driven initiatives. Notably, he worked as the Creative Lead to help design a holistic program for Google’s Accelerate Vietnam Digital 4.0, an award-winning initiative driving digital transformation and bolstering the competitiveness of Vietnamese enterprises on the global stage. Danh also brings extensive experience in working with social enterprises, where he has made significant contributions to social causes such as addressing gender-based violence (HopeBox), supporting disadvantaged youth (KOTO), and preserving traditional performing arts (Suc Song Moi Bamboo Ensemble). This hands-on experience has given him a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities inherent in leveraging design for social impact.
As the founder of Project Pluto, a multidisciplinary design studio, Danh embodies his philosophy "Design for Growth" by championing creative projects that foster economic growth, and social impact. He is passionate about nurturing the next generation of creative leaders and committed to exploring technology and harnessing the power of design to create a more sustainable and inclusive future.
