KOTO is a hospitality training centre in Hanoi, giving at-risk and disadvantaged youth the opportunity to break the poverty cycle by forging a better future for themselves, their families and their communities.
The 2021 outbreak brings unprecedented challenges for KOTO as their income from restaurant was severely reduced. With the lack of funding, KOTO students cannot continue their training. Thus, KOTO needed immediate action to keep their organisation afloat and maintain the livelihood of their students.
Collaborated with Tree Studios and KOTO team, Project Pluto created a fundraising concert called “Ăn cơm chưa?” In 3 weeks, we developed the concept for the concert, came up with the key visual elements for the event, and strategised and helped execute the event marketing on social media.
The event raised 720 million VND, equalling 49000 meals for KOTO trainees in 6 months. It also attracted 24000 views and 2600 engagement counts and earned free media from VTV & FPT Play.
